Huge lack of communication and follow through. They said they would call me back and I had to call both times to follow up. Had my vehicle for a week due to a warranty related issue. Not customer friendly or focused, the notation as well as verbal communication I got when calling was that I was a hassle and they would get to it when they go to it. Had an appointment when I took it in for 10:45 didn’t even get looked at till the next day over 24hrs later. Nice new dealership but service is a HUGE joke.

Easily the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. This is the first bad rating I’ve ever left a dealership but this was truly awful. Fully negotiated (long distance) purchase and trade in.
